Plenty of Pie Production Accelerator
Plenty of Pie is the first of its kind talent incubator and production accelerator for the entertainment industry dedicated to helping content creators advance their diverse projects to the marketplace.
In the race for success, people have always jockeyed for “a piece of the pie” – their fair share. This idea presumes that there’s just ONE gigantic pie and we must fight each other to get a slice. The select few with wealth, connections, and power get the most, while the rest are only left with crumbs.
But this is not true. We know:
there is opportunity for everyone
we are stronger together
hungry audiences want diverse content
In fact, there's plenty of pie for all of us.
To breakdown the barriers of entry for emerging content creators.
To cultivate Hollywood's "new guard" -- a corps of content creators
producers, writers and directors of color.
To scale up the production and distribution of commercially appealing diverse content and meet audience demand.
