Plenty of Pie Production Accelerator
Plenty of Pie is the first of its kind talent incubator and production accelerator dedicated to helping creatives advance their film, TV and documentary projects into the marketplace.
About Us
In the race for success, people have always jockeyed for “a piece of the pie” – their fair share. This idea presumes that there’s just ONE gigantic pie and we must fight each other to get a slice. The select few with wealth, connections, and power get the most, while the rest are only left with crumbs.
But this is not true. We know:
there is opportunity for everyone
we are stronger together
hungry audiences want diverse content
In fact, there's plenty of pie for all of us.

Having overcome homelessness herself, Sasheen was named a Wayfinder Foundation Fellow in 2019 and produced a webinar for creatives, “Ground Zero: Narratives on Homelessness”, to help change the depiction of homelessness in media.
Sasheen began her career in Marketing & Creative Services at Paramount Home Entertainment, working on blockbuster campaigns for Titanic, Mission: Impossible, and TV series like Star Trek: The Next Generation and Nickelodeon’s Rugrats. She segued into television production as the Assistant to the Showrunner of Lifetime’s hit police drama, The Division, starring Nancy McKeon, Taraji P. Henson and Jon Hamm.
